Main ski resort Adelboden-Lenk
The heart of Adelboden-Lenk is the area between Silleren, Hahnenmoos, Chuenisbärgli and Lenk Metsch, which forms the biggest subdistrict. It offers, fun, excitement and a massive choice of wide, perfectly groomed pistes to suit every ability. The many modern lifts and cable cars quickly transport winter sports enthusiasts into the mountains. Mountain restaurants and cosy huts that invite you to take a well-earned break are never far away.
Slopes: 85 kilometres in total: 43 km blue, 34 km red, 6 km black and 2 km yellow.

Lenk Betelberg
Betelberg mountain is Lenk’s adventure mountain, where local culture is still very much alive, on and off piste. Nature lovers, sporty skiers, locals and guests relish the wide slopes, homely huts and impressive views. You can also glide your way along the four-kilometre high cross-country trail on the Haslerberg. Those who like to take things at a more leisurely pace can explore Betelberg’s winter wonderland via the many winter hiking trails.

And action! Competitive types wind their way skilfully through the Joana Hählen Skimovie gates on Lenk’s home mountain, the Betelberg, and are filmed en route. Fun is guaranteed as you compete with friends to win by a hundredth of a second or beat the clock.

Elsigen-Metsch
Elsigen-Metsch is offers the perfect day out for winter sports enthusiasts. Between the Elsighorn and Metsch area, this family-friendly ski resort is part of the Frutigen municipality, offering two snowparks, wide, varied pistes and easy snowshoe and winter hiking trails. Relax in the welcoming lounges: slow down for once, take a break, feel the warm sunshine on your face and enjoy the fantastic panorama.

Alpine winter paradise
Engstligenalp
Guests will find three ski lifts, cross-country trails, hiking trails and the Globi Kinderland children’s area on Switzerland’s most beautiful plateau. Its altitude at the foot of the Wildstrubel, at more than 2,000 metres above sea level, means the Engstligenalp is always worth a visit from December to the start of May. In spring, especially, the Engstligenalp is Adelboden-Lenk’s best-kept secret. An adventurous day in the snow is rounded off by a delicious Adelboden fondue in the igloo restaurant.

Every year, skilled hands build a unique igloo complex on the Engtsligenalp. Visitors are invited to dine, or even sleep there, for a memorable experience.

Tschentenalp
The journey from the centre of the village to the mountain is over in a flash, leaving you more time to spend on the Tschentenalp. Wide slopes on Adelboden’s home mountain are perfect for carving your way down and escaping the hurly-burly. Tschentenalp offers safe, pristine powder snow slopes for snowy freeride fun and Adelboden-Lenk’s biggest sledding area for an adrenaline high on runners. No matter what you choose, a day on the Tschentenalp is adventure packed.

Silleren-Chuenisbärgli
Rookies and dedicated skiers can practice their curves on the legendary Mount Chuenis. For keen skiers, no visit to the Chuenisbärgli is complete without seeing the steep slopes of the original World Cup ski run. You can also get the World Cup experience at the Audi Skicross Park in Sillerenbühl. For even more skiing fun, combine a visit to Silleren-Chuenisbärgli with a detour to the main Adelboden-Lenk resort. With both resorts joined by modern infrastructure and top pistes, our guests don’t have to stick to one: they can travel easily and quickly from one peak to the next.

In Adelboden-Lenk on Saturdays, each adult with a 1-day ski pass can bring up to 2 children (ages 6 to 15) to ski for free. This offer is only valid for children accompanied by an adult.

Adelboden-Lenk has received several awards for the quality of its slopes and excellent snowmaking in the Skiareatest 2021. In the piste quality seal, the ski region was even the first ski area in Switzerland to be awarded "quadruple gold" status.
